Class Sports Competition

Class Sports Competition

Class sports is Brocklewood’s yearly intra school sports competition and is to introduce the children into competitive sport within the school, with the hope this will not only prepare them better for competition out of school, but improve their sportsmanship and attitude towards winning and losing. #Winwell #Losewell

Ending with our school games day (sports day) in the summer term, a class will be crowned class sports champions.

Autumn Term

Just before Christmas the competition got underway with classes taking part in Boccia and Kurling competitions. It was a great way to start the competition with lots of close games and exciting action.

The Sheriffs Challenge

In a bid to encourage our children (and staff) to become more active, Brocklewood are part of the Sheriffs challenge. The Sheriff of Nottingham has challenged all Nottingham schools to become more active and run, walk, jog or cycle each day.

Not only are we in competition with other schools to see who can travel the furthest but Brocklewood has its own class v class challenge. Below is the latest league table.
