PE at Home
It is so important that you remain as active as possible during this time at home. Here you will find lots of ideas, resources, at home PE lessons and challenges for you to take part in individually or as a family.
Weekly at home PE lessons
Each week your child will be sent an at home PE lesson from Mr Pinnington over Microsoft Teams. If for any reason you don’t have access to them all the lessons for all the year groups will be uploaded to this page so feel free to see what the other year groups are doing as well as your own and have ago at them all!

Daily Physical Activity Challenges
Each Friday (starting from Friday 8th January) a new physical activity challenge will be available for the whole family to take part. Each day of the week try and have at least one go and then you can submit your best results to Mr Pinnington by clicking on the below form links. There will be prizes for the most active children, families and classes.

Teach yourself a dance
Why not try and teach yourself a dance routine? Below are links to a variety of types and styles of dance. Each are broken down into parts and come with instructions. You can even just play the music and create your own moves!
