PE at Home

It is so important that you remain as active as possible during this time at home. Here you will find lots of ideas, resources, at home PE lessons and challenges for you to take part in individually or as a family.

Weekly at home PE lessons

Each week your child will be sent an at home PE lesson from Mr Pinnington over Microsoft Teams. If for any reason you don’t have access to them all the lessons for all the year groups will be uploaded to this page so feel free to see what the other year groups are doing as well as your own and have ago at them all!

Below are the physical activity challenges from last half term. The competition has now finished – however, feel free to keep having turns and send me your scores. I will be checking for any scores every Friday and will be putting dojos on for children having a go.

Travel to Tokyo

In anticipation of the Tokyo Olympic Games happening this summer (fingers crossed), we have an opportunity to take a virtual trip from London to Tokyo! All you have to do is log all your families physical activity and exercise by clicking here to try and get Brocklewood to Tokyo!

Teach yourself a dance
